What base do I need underneath my Delano?
We recommend you create a strong foundation to sit underneath the Delano using our plastic bases. These are simple to install with approximately 100mm of a compact hard base (type 1 or type 3), a weed-suppressing membrane, sand to level on top and lastly the plastic base.
Can I put the Delano straight onto grass?
We do not recommend your Delano being put straight onto grass and instead create a solid foundation using our panels.
How much is shipping?

Every Delano that is purchased from us and is to be delivered to mainland UK is eligible for free delivery and installation. A specially trained team will book a convenient day with yourself, arrive with your Delano, install it in on to your already in place base and set it up! 2 Year Parts and Labour Warranty
With the Delano, you will receive a 2 year parts and labour manufacturer warranty.
Plastic Hot Tub Base
Our plastic bases are included with each Delano. You will receive a correctly sized base (and installation guide) which you can easily install and will fit perfectly under your new Jacuzzi to provide a strong and permeable foundation. Manufactured in the UK from 100% recycled plastic, our bases have been specially formulated and designed to be strong (able to hold up to 420 tonnes per square metre), durable, lightweight, easy to install and rot-resistant.
