I ordered next day delivery but it wasn’t delivered next day or refunded. I then requested delivery on a specific day due to being away over the bank holiday which was angreed over the phone. I then got a dpd notification saying it was coming while I was away. This meant I had to get my elderly mother to come receive the delivery of these large parcels.
The items delivered were not fit for purpose as described. They are only useful to stake out in softground as they bent very easily. Would not advise use with the excellent shed base panels that you provided earlier in the year which need to be placed on firm ground
Problems with metal shed as most panels are scratched- just about to submit photo’s , advised Manager of this was told to contact customer service. Delivery took about 6 weeks due to haulage issues although items was in stock in the UK. No sure would purchase anything else as has to chase for delivery date.
Was a struggle to get ends into mats holes weren’t cut properly resulting in ends snapping in matsAlot off wastes time on these things Definitely not worth the money

The delivery service was dire. For that reason I would never use this site again. Contact & Communication with the actual company was good though.
