As many of us saw last year, Aldi became rather popular for one product in particular that no one was expecting at the start of 2017. They released an Intex Inflatable Hot Tub for just £299 and had people queuing up outside to ensure they got theirs. Unfortunately they sold out quickly, which left many disappointed customers without a hot tub.
Aldi – Intex Hot Tub
Luckily they’re bringing the Intex Hot Tub Back for 2018 and for even cheaper! For just £279.99 you can buy yourself a top of the range inflatable hot tub.To ensure that there will be no disappointment this year, Aldi will be stocking 50% more hot tubs and they are available to pre-order online from 25th March and then available to purchase in-store from 29th March.
The Intex can hold up to 4 people and has the following features:
- 2200W Heater
- 120 Air Jets with a Circulation Pump
- Digital Control Panel
- Lockable Insulating Cover
B&M – Lay-Z-Spa Hot Tub
B&M have also released an inflatable hot tub this year, just a few weeks before Aldi released theirs for a penny cheaper. B&M announced they would be selling an Inflatable Miami Lay-z-spa in their stores this year for a price of just £280 which is cheaper than other alternatives from Tesco and B&Q. It certainly seems a Hot Tub War is up on us!
The Miami can comfortably fit up to 4 people and has the following features listed on the B&M website:
- Soothing Massage Action
- Digital Control Panel
- Easy Set Up
Although we may be waiting a few months for the weather to warm up before we are all outside constantly in our swimsuits, both are a great investment for later in the year and for years to come if cared for correctly.
Inflatable Hot Tub Base
The best way to care for your hot tub and ensure it will be used for years to come is to have the correct base in place. With the ever growing popularity of blow up hot tubs we decided to design a foundation especially for inflatable spas. Our Inflatable Hot Tub Base Tiles are:
- Made from 100% recycled rubber
- Available in Green, Red or Black
- Interlocking Design
- Simple to Install
- Compatible with all inflatable hot tubs.
The tiles can be installed on a number of different bases, naturally depending on what kind of surface is already in the location where you would like to place your inflatable hot tub.
The tiles can be laid on to a pre-prepared base of soil & sand, concrete slabs, hardcore or tarmac. Simply by laying the tiles onto your prepared surface and connecting them using the interlocking dowels, you can quickly produce a soft yet sturdy base for your brand new inflatable hot tub.
If you need more in-depth advice on how to install the inflatable rubber hot tub base tiles, please feel free to get in touch with us via the contact us page.
Regardless of which spa you may choose, our base will ensure you have a strong and non-slip base and walk way around your new blow up spa.
