Plastic Hot Tub Base
Our plastic hot tub bases are included with each Dunes hot tub. You will receive a correctly sized base (and installation guide) which you can easily install and will fit perfectly under your new hot tub to provide a strong and permeable foundation. Manufactured in the UK from 100% recycled plastic, our bases have been specially formulated and designed to be strong (able to hold up to 420 tonnes per square metre), durable, lightweight, easy to install and rot resistant.

What base do I need underneath my hot tub?
We recommend you create a strong foundation to sit underneath the hot tub with approximately 100mm of a compact hard base (type 1 or type 3), weed-suppressing membrane, sand to level on top and lastly the grid.
Can I put the hot tub go straight onto grass?
We do not recommend your hot tub being put straight onto grass and instead create a solid foundation using our hot tub base panels.
