The Apollo 3kW Free Standing Electric Patio Heater is the perfect freestanding heater to accompany any garden sofa or dining set. This functional heating solution includes a handy built-in LED light perfect for lighting up your garden space and the bulb provided is a dual-light LED bulb that can emit white or yellow light, allowing you to choose the correct ambience for your setting. Additionally, the light section of this heater can be titled to 4 positions thanks to the flexi-neck. This matt black finished heater is incredibly stylish and also safe thanks to the fabric-flocked grille which is burn-free and feels like cotton when touched. Plus, the heater itself is made from anti-rust aluminium making it ideal for outdoor use.

The heater has a remote control and control panel on the heater itself where you adjust the temperature. On the main screen, you will easily be able to determine your heat setting via the handy lights. When you press the heat hi/low button you will see this ignites orange buttons on the screen. When the left button is orange, this shows the left filament is switched on. When the right button is orange, this shows the right filament is switched on. When the middle button is orange, this shows both filaments are switched on and this is the highest heat setting. The heat settings also include a handy economy function, which when selected will light up a green button, which monitors people’s movements up to a distance of 3 metres and if after 4 minutes it does not detect any movement it will automatically switch the heater off. This will not turn back on afterwards unless you operate the control panel or remote control. You also have the ability to set your heat to high or low or turn the heating element off completely and just use this outdoor heater as a light.

For extra safety, this modern heater has a superb tip-over switch which means that should the heater tip, fall over or be knocked over when in use, it will automatically turn itself off. If you’re a parent or pub or restaurant owner, another great feature of this innovative heater is the Masterlock function which enables you to auto-lock the control panel so that no one can tamper with the settings.

The Apollo heater has an IP55 rated weatherproof design, however, a waterproof cover is also included with the item to keep it free from dirt and damage. Ensure that the heater has been switched off and has fully cooled down before applying the cover. The winter cover is crafted using a high-quality PVC-backed polyester to ensure you receive a truely weather-resistant finish that will protect your new heater from any winter elements it may face.
